SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME:
After your order is placed and payment is processed in our system, the next steps are: order picking, packaging, and shipping. This process usually takes about 2 to 5 business days.

DELIVERY TIME:
The estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days after the order is shipped. However, adverse factors such as postal strikes, delivery difficulties due to weather conditions or high-risk areas, and national holidays may add a few days to the delivery time.

SHIPPING METHODS:

Products are always delivered by mail; however, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery restrictions in the area, or an incorrect address, the customer may have to pick up the product at the post office nearest to their residence. All of this will be communicated via email and WhatsApp.

If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is any error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

The postal service makes three delivery attempts; if they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for collection at the nearest post office for up to 7 days. After this period, the product is returned to the sender.

BE CAREFUL WITH ORDER ADDRESSING:
Zazzi will ship the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

Recipient absent:
Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick it up from the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to postal service regulations, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Correios (Brazilian postal service) website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
Zazzi is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses provided for orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will be required to pay for new shipping.
